Product Design
I had the pleasure of leading the product design at Feedier during their transition from a legacy platform to a new version built with Tailwind CSS, all while ensuring compliance with the European Accessibility Act.

Storytelling
When I joined, Feedier was a simple platform for enriching client feedback. Since then, I’ve led the design of its new action plans, a more intuitive report builder, and automation features.
Updating our Import module made it easier for our users to match feedback questions to surveys and connect with new external sources.
I designed this collected feedback view to showcase the enrichment process, putting key metrics and status at the forefront.
When scoping out the text analysis module, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to introduce our Eureka AI. Pushing for an AI-driven sentiment topics and summaries suggestions in a widget-like format
With its existing live data feature and sharability, I only focused on simplifying the user journey by adding intuitive configuration tabs and refreshing visuals, making them consultant-level quality.
From enrichment and analysis came the final missing link in our loop. Turning insights into action. This took the form of cohesive, data-driven suggested actions.
All these steps are ready to be automated through a workflow builder. And Eureka AI is set to evolve into a true consultant, ready to advise, guide, and suggest impactful business actions.
It was a pleasure to work on the Feedier BX Saas Platform and it hasd everyhting in its tool to become an industry standard with amazingyl fluid interactions and clear and consultnat level designs
